I have known Caesar for almost 20 years and he has done several jobs on my house from being a newly built home and he and his crew painted the outside and inside of my house as well as finish carpentry. He is very conscientious and double checks everything to make sure it is as close to perfect. He is very competitively priced and his work is very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Caesar.

We used Appena Properties to build an addition onto our home. We are extremely happy with the finished project. Ceasar and Hellem were fantastic to work with and very professional. Very easy to communicate with and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Their expertise was invaluable as the project was being built. They were on top of everything to make sure each step went the way it needed to. Their subcontractors did amazing work as well. We highly recommend them and will use them again if any projects come up in the future.
